Do you love the tangy sweetness of kiwis? Then turn it into a delectable jam! With staple ingredients and minimal effort, you can enjoy this jam on toast, desserts and more.

500g ripe kiwis
200g sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp vanilla extract

Wash the kiwis thoroughly. Peel and chop roughly. Next, mash the kiwis using a fork for a smooth texture. Keep some chunks if you prefer.

In a pan, add mashed kiwi, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is combined well.

Put the pan on low heat and cook the mixture. Keep stirring until it thickens and gets a jam-like texture. Add a drop of vanilla extract for extra flavour.

Transfer the jam into clean glass jars. Seal it tightly and store it in a refrigerator. For the best flavour, try to finish the jam within a week.
