Malaika Arora is a certified foodie. In an interview, she shared the recipe for paneer thecha, which is easy to make and flavourful. Here's how to make it.

7-8 paneer cubes
1/2 cup coriander leaves
3-4 green chillies
1/4 cup peanuts
4-5 garlic cloves
Salt (as per taste)

In a pan, dry roast the peanuts, green chillies, and garlic until fragrant. Add salt, turn off the heat, and mix in the fresh coriander leaves.

Grind the roasted mixture into a coarse, thick paste. Use a mixer or a mortar and pestle, depending on the texture you prefer.

Take thick paneer cubes and generously coat them with the thecha. This allows the flavours to infuse well during cooking.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the coated paneer on all sides until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion slices.
