Crunchy veggies paired with tangy raw mango makes this salad recipe light yet fulfilling!

6-7 Lettuce Leaves
Half Raw Mango, thinly sliced
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
4-5 Beans, thinly sliced
4-5 Baby Corn, thinly sliced

8-9 Pomegranate Pearls
2-3 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 tbsp Raw Mango & Litchi Sauce
1/2 tbsp Curry Leaves Puree

Place lettuce leaves in a bowl.
Add raw mango shavings and grated cucumber.
Add thinly sliced beans and baby corns.
Top it with pomegranate pearls and cherry tomatoes.
Mix raw mango sauce and litchi sauce with curry leaves puree and pour over the salad. Give it all a good mix.
Plate your salad dish with fresh and beautiful mango and veggies.
