Main Ingredients

6-7 Lettuce Leaves
Half Raw Mango, thinly sliced
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
4-5 Beans, thinly sliced
4-5 Baby Corn, thinly sliced

OTHER Ingredients

8-9 Pomegranate Pearls
2-3 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 tbsp Raw Mango & Litchi Sauce
1/2 tbsp Curry Leaves Puree

Place lettuce leaves in a bowl.

How To Make
Raw Mango & Vegetable Salad

Step 1

Add raw mango shavings and grated cucumber.

Step 2

Add thinly sliced beans and baby corns.

Step 3

Step 4

Top it with pomegranate pearls and cherry tomatoes.

Step 5

Mix raw mango sauce and litchi sauce with curry leaves puree and pour over the salad. Give it all a good mix.
