1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp mustard sauce, 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper

Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake well for a minute or until the mustard dissolves.
