MATAR UPMA FOR
BREAKFAST

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Mustard Seeds 

1 Onion 

½ cup Sooji, roasted 

¼ cup Peas 

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Leaves 

10 Curry Leaves 

2 Green Chillies 

1 tsp Ginger, grated 

Ingredients

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes. 

Step 2

Add onion and green chillies. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. 

Step 3

Add sooji, peas and water. 

Step 4

Cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. 

Step 5

Garnish with fried curry leaves and coriander leaves. 

Step 6

Serve hot.
