As exams approach, students tend to neglect their diet and intake. While they don't realize it, their diet can severely affect their preparation and performance.

Here are a few things to keep in mind as exam season nears:

Remember to “eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper”.

Stay hydrated – with water, fresh fruit juice or squash.

Replace snacks like chips or carbonated drinks with fruits, dry fruits & nuts.
Make sure to keep the caffeine intake in check. Not doing so can lead to disturbed sleep.
