Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup besan
1 tsp ajwain
1-2 green chillies, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
A pinch of thing
1 tsp salt
Oil
Water

1. Combine Ingredients

Mix wheat flour, besan, ajwain, green chillies, onion, hing, salt, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add water to make a soft dough.

2. Rest The Dough

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. This ensures smooth dough and softer rotis.

3. Roll The Rotis

Divide the dough into equal portions. Shape into small balls and roll each flat into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

4. Cook and Serve

Place the rotis on a tawa and cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Brush with oil while cooking. Serve hot with tasty dals and curries!
