MIX PAKODA PLATTER
½ cup Besan
½ cup Baby Corn
½ cup Capsicum
½ cup Cauliflower
VEGGIES
½ tsp Ajwain
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
SPICES
Take besan in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain and garam masala. Mix well.
STEP 1
Next, add water to form a smooth paste.
STEP 2
Add cauliflower, capsicum and baby corn to the besan mix.
STEP 3
Coat the veggies well with the besan mix.
STEP 4
Deep fry the veggies until golden brown.
STEP 5
Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
