Moringa water is a natural and effective way to support weight loss. Follow these simple steps to make this wonderful elixir at home.
1-2 glasses of water, 1 teaspoon of moringa powder, a pinch of salt, and honey (optional).

Start by boiling water in a pan set over low to medium heat.

Add a teaspoon of moringa powder, salt, and a drizzle of honey.
Allow the mixture to cool, then strain it into a glass using a fine-mesh sieve to remove any remaining moringa powder residue.
