1 Egg

2 tbsp Green Chutney

100 gm Maida Dough

1 Onion

150 gm Boneless Chicken


1 tsp Coriander Powder

2 Green Chillies

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt as per taste


½ tsp Aamchoor Powder

1 tsp Pepper Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

2 tsp Vinegar

Take chopped green chillies in a bowl and add vinegar. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

Step 1

Next, take the boneless chicken in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder and vinegar. Mix everything well and let the chicken marinate for 15-30 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then, add the masalas.

Step 3

Once the masalas have been mixed, add the marinated chicken. After the chicken is soft and cooked, add garam masala and vinegar before removing it off the heat. 

Step 4

Now roll a medium-sized thin roti with the dough and cook it in tawa with some oil over medium heat.

Step 5

Pour egg on top of the almost cooked roti.

Step 6

Once the egg has cooked, remove the roti from the heat, add the chicken filling, garnish with some onion slices, green chutney, the vinegar chillies.

Step 7

Roll tightly in a butter paper and serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
