Looking for a quick and delicious party snack? This mutton malai tikka recipe is all about juicy, tender mutton pieces cooked to perfection. Serve them hot with mint chutney for a flavour-packed appetiser.

4-5 mutton pieces
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chaat masala
1 tbsp garam masala
½ cup yoghurt
2 tbsp fresh cream

Start by cleaning the mutton pieces thoroughly. In a bowl, mix yoghurt with chopped ginger, garlic, and green chillies.

Sprinkle chaat masala, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well to coat the mutton evenly.

Leave the marinated mutton to rest, allowing the flavours to soak in.

Heat a pan and cook the mutton chunks until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer the cooked pieces to a bowl, drizzle melted butter and fresh cream & give them a gentle toss. Arrange them on a plate & serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
