2-3 Potatoes (boiled)

2 tbsp Ghee

1/2 tsp Peppercorn (crushed)

1/2 tsp Ghee

1 cup Water

1 cup Dahi

 Ingredients For Gravy

How To Make

In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, and saute till cumin changes colour.

Add crushed black pepper and mix well. 

Add boiled potatoes and sendha namak for taste. 

Mix all the ingredients well. 

In a pan, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger and crushed peppercorns.

Mix everything well and add kuttu ka atta.

Now add curd and water to the mix.

Finally, add the fried aloo to the masala dahi gravy. 

Garnish with chopped green chillies and serve hot.
