SABUDANA ALOO CHILLA RECIPE

Begin Navratri 2022 with this Sabudana Aloo Chilla. It is a super easy, healthy and vrat-friendly chilla made with sabudana and aloo as the main ingredients.

SABUDANA ALOO CHILLA

Ingredients

2 Potato, boiled

¼ cup Curd

½ cup Sabudana

1 tsp Ginger-Chilli Paste

Rock Salt as per taste

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Firstly, soak sabudana for 6 hours. In case you cannot soak, simply boil it for 5-10 minutes.

Step 1

Grind the sabudana along with curd to make a smooth paste.

Step 2

Take the sabudana paste in a bowl and add boiled potatoes, coriander leaves, ginger-chilli paste and rock salt.

Step 3

Mix everything well until a smooth batter is formed.

Step 4

Grease a non-stick pan with oil. Pour the sabudana batter and let it cook till it leaves the side. Add some oil on the top.

Step 5

Flip the cheela and let it cook till both sides turn golden-brown. Serve hot!
