KAALE CHANE 

RECIPE FOR
ASHTAMI


SUKHE

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Ghee

1 cup Kaale Chane

1/4 tsp Hing

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Amchoor Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Soak kaale chane in water overnight.

Step 1

In a pressure cooker, add kaale chane, salt and water. Cook till the chane turn soft.

Step 2

In a pan, heat ghee. Add hing and cumin seeds to roast them.

Step 3

Add amchoor powder, chaat masala, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Roast for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add boiled kaale chane and salt to taste.

Step 5

Mix well and cook for another 5-6 minutes.  Serve hot.
