In a bowl, mix dahi with wheat flour, maida, salt, sugar, and baking soda. Blend well.

Add water gradually to achieve a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 2 hours to rise properly.

Rub some oil on your palms, then shape the dough into small round balls. Roll each ball flat with a rolling pin.

Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander on the rolled dough. Lightly spread water on one side of each naan.

Place the naan, watery side down, on a hot tawa. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip the tawa to toast the naan directly over the flame. Once done, apply butter and enjoy your homemade naan!
