200 ml Rum
3 cups Dry Fruit Mix
1 cup Maida
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Orange Juice

1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Orange Zest
1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
2 tbsp Tutti Fruiti
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Toss dry fruits mix in a bowl and pour rum over it. Keep it overnight.
Combine maida, baking powder, ginger powder, clove powder, cinnamon powder, almond powder and sift through a colander.
Whisk the eggs thoroughly till they become frothy.
Whisk dark brown sugar and butter together. Add orange zest, lemon zest and beaten eggs. Whisk again.
Add vanilla essence, sieved powder mix, tutti fruity, rum-soaked dry fruits and orange juice. Mix well.
Pour the batter in a baking bowl, lined with butter paper. Bake at 170 degree C for 40-45 mins.
Remove the butter paper. Dust with some powdered sugar and serve.
