KALA CHANA CHAAT

RECIPE

Kala Chana (soaked) - 1 cup 
Potato (boiled) - 1 
Onion (chopped) - ¼ cup
Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup 
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Green Chillies - 2 
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp 
Chaat Masala - ½ tsp 
Black Salt - ½ tsp 
Salt - ½ tsp 

Put soaked chana in a pressure cooker, add a teaspoon of salt and some water. 

Step 1

Close the lid and let it cook for about 3-4 whistles. 

Step 2

Transfer the cooked chana to a bowl, add boiled potatoes, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. 

Step 3

Add black salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. 

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients well. 

Step 5

Plate the lip-smacking kala chana chaat in a serving dish and enjoy!
