500 ml Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Dry Fruits
2 slices Bread
1 tbsp Corn Starch
A pinch of Cardamom Powder
A pinch of Saffron
Soak the saffron strands in a bowl with just a tablespoon of milk.
Take the bread slices and cut out circles with the help of a small bowl.
In a vessel, bring the milk to boil. Once it starts bubbling, add sugar and corn starch.
Keep boiling the milk till it reduces to half. Add saffron milk and cardamom powder.
Transfer the milk to a bowl. Dip the circular bread slices in the milk. Let it rest in the refrigerator for some time.
Garnish the Bread Rasmalai with chopped dry fruits. Serve chilled!
