Craving something cheesy and satisfying to kickstart your day? This cheesy broccoli omelette is the perfect pick! Here's how to make this tasty treat in no time.

3 eggs
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup cheese
1/4 tsp pepper

If you're using fresh broccoli, chop it into small florets and steam them until they're tender. For frozen broccoli, just drain the excess water.

Grab a bowl, crack the eggs in, and whisk them like a pro. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a little oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Toss in the broccoli and saute it for about a minute to bring out the flavour.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, making sure they cover the broccoli evenly. Let them cook until the edges start to set.
