Love Indo-Chinese food? This chilli chicken fried rice is the perfect meal when you want something delicious but need it done quick.

It's super easy to make at home with just a handful of ingredients. Follow this straightforward recipe, and you'll have a tasty dish ready in no time.

1 cup rice, 1 tbsp salt, Oil, garlic paste, spring onions, 3/4 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped, 2 tbsp celery, soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilli sauce

Boil the rice with 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil until it's just cooked. Drain it and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Leave the rice in a colander and toss in 1 tbsp oil. Heat the rest of the oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and onions until they turn light brown.

Add the chicken to the pan and stir-fry it with the onions. Mix in the soya sauce, vinegar, and chilli sauce, ensuring everything is well combined.

Add the rice to the pan and stir until the rice and chicken are evenly mixed. Serve hot. You can swap the chilli sauce for Schezwan sauce-adjust to your liking!
