1 cup Corn, grated
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Green Chilli
2 tbsp Cheese, grated
½ cup Potato, grated
Nutmeg Powder - a pinch
1 tsp Ginger
½ tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
Take grated corn in a bowl and add grated potato to it.
Add cheese, salt and ginger to it.
Then, add black pepper powder, green chilli, garam masala and nutmeg powder.
Mix everything together into a soft dough. Make small kebabs out of the dough.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown in colour.
Serve hot with green chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
