4-5 Curry Leaves
1 Whole Red Chilli
100 gm Paneer
½ cup Curd
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
In a bowl add curd, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix.
Pour the curd mix over the paneer cubes. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, curry leaves and whole red chilli.
Put in the paneer pieces and cook from both sides.
When it turns brown and crispy, take it out and serve!
