QUICK AND EASY
SOOJI SANDWICH
RECIPE

Ingredients

2 tbsp Sweet Corn

2 tbsp Tomato

2 tbsp Curd

2 tbsp Capsicum

½ cup Sooji

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

2 tbsp Onion

1 tsp Oregano

½ tsp Fruit Salt

Take sooji in a bowl. Add curd and water to make a smooth batter.

Step 1

Then add salt, chilli flakes and oregano. Give it a mix.

Step 2

Now add sweet corn, onion, capsicum and tomato to the mixture. Mix everything well. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Lastly, add fruit salt to the batter and mix properly. Now heat a greased pan and add the batter.

Step 4

Give it a square shape with the help of a spatula. Add some more oil if necessary, then flip on the other side and let it cook. 

Step 5

Cut the square into two pieces and serve hot.
