½ cup Idli
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
¼ cup Capsicum
¼ cup Onion
1 tbsp Garlic
¼ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Spring Onion
1 tsp Green Chillies
¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies and capsicum for 5 minutes till they turn golden-brown.
Add vinegar, soy sauce and red chilli powder to the pan.
Then proceed to add sugar, chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
Add idli pieces to the chinese-style mix and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish the Chinese idli with chopped spring onion. Serve hot!
