Ingredients:

1 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 cup Khaand, 1/2 tbsp Green Cardamom Powder, Ginger Powder, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1/2 cup Rice Bran Oil, 1 Egg, whisked, 1/2 tbsp Salt

Step-1

Mix the ragi flour and cardamom powder in a pan. Gently roast this mixture on a tawa until the color deepens slightly.

Break an egg into a bowl and whisk it well. Add the roasted ragi flour and khaand to the egg. Stir until combined. Sprinkle in the dry ginger powder and salt, then mix again.
