1 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 cup Khaand, 1/2 tbsp Green Cardamom Powder, Ginger Powder, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1/2 cup Rice Bran Oil, 1 Egg, whisked, 1/2 tbsp Salt

Mix the ragi flour and cardamom powder in a pan. Gently roast this mixture on a tawa until the color deepens slightly.

Break an egg into a bowl and whisk it well. Add the roasted ragi flour and khaand to the egg. Stir until combined. Sprinkle in the dry ginger powder and salt, then mix again.

Pour in the oil and mix everything together until it forms a dark, doughy texture.

Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them with your palms to form cookie shapes.

Preheat the oven for 5-7 minutes. Line a flat baking dish with butter paper. No need to grease it—this keeps things simple.
