1 cup Sugar
200 gm Dates, seedless
1 cup Milk
50 gm Cashewnuts
¼ cup Ghee
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder
In a pan, heat ghee. Add cashewnuts and fry till brown.
Place dates and milk in a pan and bring to boil.
When the mixture thickens, turn off the flame. Let it cool and grind.
To thIs ground dates paste, add fried cashewnuts, ghee and sugar.
Mix well. Add cardamom powder.
Transfer the mixture on to a greased container and leave to set.
When cool and set, slice into desired sized pieces and serve.
