5-6 Dates, seedless

2 tbsp Cashew Nuts

? tsp Cardamom Powder

2 tbsp Ghee

1 cup Milk

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts till the colour changes.

Step 1

To the same pan, add some more ghee. Fry the dates for a minute.

Step 2

Add water and cook till the dates are soft.

Step 3

Add milk to the pan. Mix it together and let it come to a boil.

Step 4

Add cardamom powder.

Step 5

Add fried cashew nuts to the Kheer and mix well.

Step 6

Serve the Kheer chilled.
