ALOO TIKKI
BURGER RECIPE

Ingredients

1 Burger Bun

1 Lettuce Leaf

¼ cup Bread Crumbs

¼ cup Maida Slurry

½ cup Potato, boiled

½ cup Peas, boiled

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

½ tsp Coriander Powder

¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt to taste

½ tsp Cumin Powder

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Ingredients

4-5 Onion Rings

4-5 Tomato Slices

2 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp Chilli Sauce

2 tbsp Tomato Sauce

Add boiled potatoes and peas to a bowl and mash them well. Add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste and mix it well. 

Step 1

Make patty of the mixture, dip it in maida slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs. Fry the patties till they are golden brown.

Step 2

Make a sauce by mixing mayonnaise, chilli sauce and ketchup.

Step 3

Apply the sauce to the burger buns, place lettuce and aloo tikki.

Step 4

Apply the sauce on top of the tikki and place onion rings and tomato slices. Enjoy!
