4 Chicken Breast Strips
1 Egg
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
500 ml Soda

2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

5-6 Pepper Corns

1 tsp Mustard Seeds
6-7 Curry Leaves

Place chicken strips in a bowl. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and oil.
Mix the chicken well and let it marinate in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Now mix one egg, flour and corn flour for the batter. Add soda and mix. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
Dip the chicken strips in the batter. Deep fry the chicken strips in oil.
Add oil in a tadka pan and add guntur chillies, mustard seeds, curry leaves and sea salt.
Pour the tadka on the deep fried chicken. Serve hot.
