1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 Green Chilli
200 gm Minced Chicken
2 tbsp Onion
½ cup Bread Crumbs
¼ cup Grated Cheese
Take minced chicken in a bowl. Add garlic, onion, green chilli, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well.
Roll the mixture into a ball. Make a small cavity in it and stuff grated cheese.
Break an egg in a bowl. Add salt and pepper powder.
Take bread crumbs on a plate. Add salt and pepper powder. Coat the chicken ball with the bread crumbs.
Next, coat it with the egg mixture and then roll it again in the bread crumbs.
Fry the cheese balls till golden brown.
