2 tbsp Garlic

¼ cup Milk, warm

¼ cup Butter, melted

¼ cup Cheese, grated

1 cup Maida

¼ tsp Red Chilli Flakes

A pinch of Salt

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Coriander Leaves


1 tsp Yeast

1 tsp Oregano

1 tsp Oil

1 tsp Butter


Step 1

In a bowl, add warm milk, yeast and sugar. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Add salt, oregano, garlic and mix well.

Step 3

Add butter, maida and start to knead the dough. Coat the dough with oil. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.

Step 4

Take butter and add garlic and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 5

Sprinkle some maida on the dough and flatten it. Spread the prepared garlic butter over it.

Step 6

Add grated cheese on half of the dough. Fold it into half and seal the edge.

Step 7

Spread garlic butter on top. Make cuts and sprinkle red chilli flakes and oregano. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve hot!
