SCHEZWAN
CHILLI POTATO
RECIPE

Ingredients

? cup Cornflour

1 tsp Spring Onion

2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce

? cup Capsicum

2 Potatoes, sliced

Ingredients

1 tsp Soya Sauce

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Salt as per taste

2 tsp Chilli Sauce

Put the potato slices in a bowl. Add salt and cornflour. Mix well.

Step 1

Fry the potatoes till crispy.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Saute capsicum for 2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt. Mix well.

Step 4

Add cornflour slurry and cook till it thickens.

Step 5

Add fried potatoes and schezwan sauce. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot.
