½ cup cabbage, shredded
½ cup carrot, grated
¼ cup pumpkin, diced
1 small tomato, chopped
¼ cup beetroot, grated
¼ cup paneer, crumbled

1 tbsp butter
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pack Maggi noodles
½ cup water
2 tbsp cheese, grated
1 tsp chilli oil

First, make the magic sauce! Sauté onions & garlic in butter until fragrant. This forms the base of our super flavourful, veggie-packed Maggi sauce.

Add all the hidden veggies—cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, tomatoes & beetroot. Cook them in water until they turn soft and blend them into a smooth sauce.

To make it healthier & creamier, blend in some paneer. Now, cook atta noodles with the sauce & Maggi masala. Add water to adjust consistency.
