Here is a list of several popular Indian sweets and their shelf life, as approved by FSSAI:

Consume On The Same Day

Kalakand is a moist sweet that should be kept at room temperature and eaten fresh within the same day of preparation.

Consume Within Two Days

This includes Bengali sweets and other sweets with milk like Rasgulla, Rasmalai, Sahi Toast, Rajbhog, Sandesh etc. Store in fridge.

Consume Within Four Days

This is for ladoo and khoya sweets like milk cake, Mathura peda, coconut burfi, pista burfi, boondi ladoo, coconut ladoo etc.

Consume Within Seven Days

Sweets with ghee and dry fruits have a longer shelf life. These include kaju katli, gur para, besan ladoo, atta ladoo, besan burfi etc.
