3 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Onion
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Besan
2 Potatoes, boiled
1 tbsp Green Chutney
? tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Imli Chutney
1 tbsp Sev
? tsp Chaat Masala
? tsp Cumin Powder
Salt as per taste

Take boiled potatoes in a bowl, and mash them with a fork. Add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and besan.
Mix everything well. Shape tikkis out of the mixture and shallow fry them until golden brown.
Next, take the tikkis in a plate. Pour curd, green chutney and imli chutney over the tikkis.
Add onion and sev.
Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve fresh!
