½ cup Maida

1 tbsp Besan

½ cup Peas

Oil as required

1 tbsp Curd


½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

½ tsp Ajwain


¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Garam Masala

¼ tsp Hing

1 Green Chilli

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, hing, ajwain and green chilli.

Next, add besan and peas.

Step 2

Now add spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Step 3

Knead soft dough with maida, oil, salt and water.

Step 4

Make equal-sized balls out of the dough. Stuff them with the mixture of peas and flatten the kachori with hands.

Step 5

Fry the kachoris at medium-low flame for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve with any chutney of your choice.
