½ cup Maida
¼ cup Potato, boiled
2 tbsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Imli Chutney
¼ cup Curd
¼ cup Channa, boiled
Red Chilli Powder - a pinch
Cumin Powder - a pinch
1 tbsp Sev
1 tbsp Pomegranate
Salt as per taste
Chaat Masala - a pinch
Oil as required
¼ tsp Ajwain
Knead a soft dough with maida, salt, oil, ajwain and water.
Flatten the dough and fry till golden brown.
Place the papdis on a plate and add chopped boiled potatoes, channa, curd, imli chutney and green chutney.
Sprinkle some cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala.
Garnish with pomegranate and sev. Serve fresh!
