Ingredients For Aloo Chaat

2 cups boiled and diced potatoes
1 tsp chaat masala
1tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
2 tbsp yogurt
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Ingredients For Tacos

8 small taco shells
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated cheese 
Lemon wedges for garnish

Step 1

Toss the diced potatoes in a bowl with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and a pinch of salt. Throw in some coriander and green chillies for that fresh kick.

Warm up the taco shells a bit to get that extra crunch. Layer the bottom of each with chopped lettuce.
