If you love peanut butter and ice cream both, then you are surely in for a treat. Here are some tips to make delicious peanut butter ice cream right in your kitchen.

2 cups heavy cream
1cup whole milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup of sugar
1tbsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt

Add cream and milk to a bowl. Whisk them together till the sugar is dissolved and then add a pinch of salt.

Now add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Mix them together to get a creamy texture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely chilled.

Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn the ice cream for around 20 minutes.

Transfer the churned ice cream to an air tight container. Freeze for at least 4 hours till it gets firm.

Scoop out the peanut butter ice cream and enjoy! You can also top it with chocolate syrup or crushed peanuts for extra flavour.
