Soft dough is where it all starts. Swap water for milk when kneading, it'll make the dough softer. Plus, it makes rolling out the dough a breeze.

Roll out a piece of dough, pile on a good spoonful of sugar & seal it up. Adjust the sugar to your liking, whether you want it extra sweet or just a hint.

Flatten the paratha into a circle and roll it out gently, just like you would with a regular roti. This way, you'll get that sugar spread out evenly.

Cooking on a moderate flame is a game-changer. It'll save your paratha from burning and keep it perfectly golden.

Heat up a tawa or pan, brush the paratha with some ghee or oil, & cook it on low heat. Let the sugar caramelise slowly for that perfect crispy finish.

For a complete meal, serve this sweet paratha with some cool, plain curd. It's also a great lunchbox option for kids!
