1. Use Fresh Vegetables

Fresh veggies are key to a delicious pav bhaji! Choose a mix of potatoes, peas, carrots, capsicum, and tomatoes for a balanced flavour.

Mash the cooked veggies thoroughly to achieve a creamy consistency. You can use a blender or potato masher for this purpose.
