½ cup Capsicum
3-4 Idlis
1 Onion
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
½ cup Tomato
2 tsp Pasta Sauce
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
A pinch of Hing
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
Cut the idlis into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add hing, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds. Let the seeds splutter.
Now add chopped onion, capsicum and tomato. Saute well.
Then add salt, red chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar and pasta sauce. Mix everything well.
Add idli pieces and coat them well with the masala. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
