150 gm Minced Chicken

1 cup Maida

Oil as required

2 tbsp Onion

1/2 cup Butter Chicken Gravy


1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

Salt to taste

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tbsp Cream

Prepare chicken filling by mixing minced chicken with salt, black pepper, onion and ginger-garlic paste.

Step 1

Knead a soft dough by using maida, salt, oil and water. Take a tiny portion from the dough and roll it out.

Step 2

Fill it with the prepared chicken filling and bring the sides together to shape it. Then, steam the momos for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan, add the momos and pan fry them.

Step 4

Add in the butter chicken gravy and mix everything well.

Step 5

Garnish with kasuri methi and cream. Serve hot.
