1 cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Onion
1 Egg
ΒΌ tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Oil
2 Green Chillies
Salt to taste
In a bowl, add the eggs along with onions, chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala and salt. Whisk everything well.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, and oil and knead the mixture into a smooth dough using water.
Sprinkle some flour on the dough and flatten it. Then, grease it with oil and sprinkle some more flour over it.
Create pleats by folding and rolling the dough. Then, dust it with some flour and flatten it to a thin circle.
Place it on a hot tawa. Grease with oil on both sides and cook till golden-brown on both sides.
Pour the egg mixture and cook till done on both sides. Serve hot!
