½ cup Minced Chicken

½ cup Maida

2 Green Chillies

½ cup Tomato Puree

½ cup Onion


1 tsp Coriander Leaves

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp Spring Onion

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste


½ tsp Turmeric Powder

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Garam Masala

Take minced chicken in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, spring onion, onion and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

Step 1

Make soft dough by mixing maida, salt and water. Roll out the dough and add chicken filling. Steam for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and black pepper powder.

Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Then, add water and salt. Let it boil.

Step 5

Add steamed momos and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
