CUPCAKE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

Ingredients

1½ cup Maida

¼ cup Icing Sugar

½ cup Milk

1 cup Granulated Sugar

½ cup Beetroot Puree

4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Ingredients

½ cup Oil

1 tbsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Salt

1 tsp Vanilla Essence

100 gm Cream Cheese

50 gm Butter

Combine maida, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl, and mix well.

Step 1

Add oil, sugar and beetroot puree in a bowl. Blend well.

Step 2

Add milk and mix well. Then, sieve the maida mixture into it.

Step 3

Mix well. Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Step 4

To make topping, combine cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well.

Step 5

Pipe out the topping on the cupcakes.
