HOW TO MAKE
MAGGI PAKODA


Ingredients

1 cup Maggi, boiled

2 tbsp Onion, chopped

2 tbsp Capsicum, chopped

¼ cup Cheese, grated

½ cup Besan

Ingredients

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

2 tsp Maggi Masala

 ¼ tsp Ajwain

In a bowl, add boiled Maggi, capsicum and onion. 

Step 1

Season this with red chilli powder, maggi masala, garam masala, salt, ajwain and ginger-garlic paste. 

Step 2

Add grated cheese and besan to the Maggi. Mix well.

Step 3

Add water and combine till the mixture binds together. Make balls of the Maggi mixture with your hands.

Step 4

Deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown.

Step 5

Serve hot with ketchup, chutney or any dip of your choice.
