2 tbsp Rice Flour
2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
1 Onion
1 Potato, boiled & mashed
250 gm Palak
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Saute cumin seeds, onion and ginger-garlic paste.
Add palak and cook till it is slightly wilted.
Add salt and other seasonings. Cook for 2-3 minutes and let it cool down.
In a bowl, combine palak mixture, mashed boiled potatoes, rice flour and bread crumbs.
Make lime-sized roundels from the mixture and pan fry till golden brown. Serve hot.
