Hung curd, crunchy veggies, and a spicy tadka come together to make something ridiculously tasty. Here's how to whip it up.

½ cup hung curd, 4 bread slices, ½ cucumber, ½ grated tomato, ½ grated capsicum, ½ grated onion, ½ tsp chilli flakes, ½ tsp chaat masala, Salt, to taste, Pepper

1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, A few curry leaves

In a bowl, mix the hung curd with grated cucumber, tomato, capsicum, and onion.

Add chilli flakes, chaat masala, salt, and pepper. Give it a good mix.

Spread the mixture between two bread slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and let them crackle.

Pan-fry the sandwich on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot!
