Kalakand is one of those classic Indian sweets. Usually made with khoya, this version is a quick fix when you're short on time. Here's how you can make Kalakand in just 10 minutes.

1 litre milk, 250 grams paneer, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, Silver leaf (optional), Pistachios for garnishing

Boil the milk on medium flame until it reduces to half. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Crumble the paneer and mix it into the milk. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens.

Grease a dish with ghee and transfer the paneer-milk mixture into it.
