Kalakand is one of those classic Indian sweets. Usually made with khoya, this version is a quick fix when you're short on time. Here's how you can make Kalakand in just 10 minutes.

1 litre milk, 250 grams paneer, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, Silver leaf (optional), Pistachios for garnishing

Boil the milk on medium flame until it reduces to half. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Add sugar to it and mix. Crumble the paneer and add to it and mix to get a thick consistency.

Grease a bowl with some ghee and transfer the paneer-mixed milk to it.

Garnish the kalakand with pista, cardamom powder and silver leaf.
